I am dedicated to enhancing the childhood experience of as many kiddos as I can. I believe our early experiences and interactions with the world shape how we live our adult lives.
I am committed to providing families the support they need to build life long connections in thriving relationships.
With extensive experience in the education field and serving families the last 7 years, I enable struggling parents to find long term solutions.
Credentials
Obtaining a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential 20 years ago has allowed me the honor of teaching students from TK to 6th grade in private, public, as well as charter schools.
A Program Director permit in Child Development allows me the option to operate a center for children up to 5 years old. Leading a child care program for a local school district, with over 150 families blended my two credentials to serve children outside the classroom environment. Guiding, advising, and coaching parents and staff to navigate relationships with children is my expertise.
Qualifications
With a degree in Child Development, I have a foundational understanding of early life experiences impacting us later in life.
Building upon an undergraduate degree with a graduate degree-MA- in Human Development has further enhanced my ability to support children as well as adults navigate the human experience.
Working with children for 25 years in educational settings, small and large camp settings, as well as 1:1 private tutoring settings has given me the real-life experience to support their ongoing social, emotional, and educational development.
Leading a large child care/after school program provided me the opportunity to work directly with parents and staff. Supporting adults to build confident and connected relationships with children.
